Ad Specifications for Member Listings

Members may choose to have MFEA's design company, Inspired Creative, design an ad for their event listing included in a Premium Membership, OR submit their own ad, at no cost.

Below are the templates we currently offer. Color, text, logos, and photos are customizable, layout is not. After your Premium Membership has been approved by an MFEA administrator, you will receive a link by email to a web page outlining file submission guidelines.

Members may choose to have Inspired Creative design a custom ad at an additional cost, or submit their own design. Contact MFEA staff to learn more.

If you choose to submit your own ad design:
The dimensions must be business card size, 3.5" x 2", print ready format. Acceptable file formats include:
    - Gathered Quark XPress layout plus supporting fonts and graphics
    - High Resolution PDF (300 dpi, all photos/graphics in CMYK mode, fonts embedded)
    - Image file of ad in .tif, .jpg, or .eps format, CMYK mode, 300 dpi.
    - Illustrator .eps or .ai file, with fonts outlined, in CMYK mode, photos embedded.

We CANNOT accept the following file formats: 
    - Publisher file (You may convert it to a print ready PDF from Publisher)
    - Word
